At Dornan & Associates we are all too familiar with the demands of the entertainment, media and artistic communities. Its an industry that is always working under pressure, with arrangements often finalized at the very last minute - unfortunately this does not readily conform with the bureaucracy and processing delays involved in obtaining visas to come on tour and perform in the United States.
However, while government processing delays are beyond everyone's control, we will provide you with realistic advice as to what is possible within certain time limits, and work with you to ensure that your case is prepared and filed as quickly as possible. We have experience working with tour companies, booking agents and managers and are well used to preparing visa applications on behalf of internationally renowned bands, orchestras, choirs, dance and theatre productions involving multiple performers. Not to mention the crew members and essential support staff who play their own crucial role in bringing it all together. Working with such large numbers within tight time constraints can be stressful, but our goal is to make the visa application process as easy and stress free for all of you as possible.

We
also work regularly with contemporary, fine and culturally unique artists and musicians from
countries as diverse as Ireland, Italy, Germany, Austria, England, Canada, New Zealand,
Australia, Russia and Africa. Many are internationally recognized,
others are well on their way to becoming internationally recognized.
The O-1, P-1, P-3 and Q-1 visa categories are some of the
most appropriate non-immigrant options for outstanding or culturally unique artists and other creative
professionals. And while the "extraordinary artist" visa may initially sound intimidating and unattainable to some, set up a consultation and come show us your portfolio anyway. Our role is to assess your achievements objectively and determine whether we think you have a potentially good and winning case. We will review your work, pinpoint your strengths and
weaknesses, assess your exhibition and performance record, your referees and press. And while there are no guarantees in any visa application, you can be assured that we will present the strongest visa application possible on your behalf. As a result, we have a very high success rate - in all types of nonimmigrant artist and musician visa applications.
